Heated basalt stones are applied to the body at the completion of the bodywork.
This is a free addition to your bodywork session if you choose.
Face, Neck & Scalp Session
Warm herbal compresses are applied to your face, followed by pressure point applications and deeper drainage movements to balance the boney structure of your face and skull.
This is a stand alone treatment or you
may chose to add on to your bodywork.

Constructive Rest
Resting in an aligned supported position on
the floor I take you through a quiet body scan to reset your nervous system and breath. Come back to calmness and restore your vitality.
