Follow along with my guided rest instructions. You can stay for any length of time in this position. Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. I like to listen to 432 Hz music, it helps relax me or you may like silence, whatever helps to release your weight into the floor.

Ka'alele au - Kahi, step one

There are several ka'alele au sequences. Each one focuses on a particular configuration of rhythmic sequencing of arms and legs to enable a greater range of motion of the body electric, mind and psyche.
